how to the flayer mantle cloak

In order to get the flayer Cloak it requires a lot of patience and time on the dust palace at the last section of the strike you choose which Psion's cloak you want the red, purple,or blue then you have to kill that psion last and that's the cloak  you'll get, but the drop rat is very low.
